Instituting a system ofdisseminating necessary information to the patients and patient parties havebeen major concern for all Govt. health care service units veg. Primary HealthCentre, Block Primary Health Centre, District Hospital, Rural Hospital etc. Purulia Agragami has been running successfully in 10 Nos. ofRogi Sahayata Kendra (RSK) in BHHCs & RH under Jhalda & RaghunathpurSubdivision and at Raghunathpur Sub-Divisional Hospital Purulia under NRHM& Govt. of West Bengal by providing easy access to information about the services available in the healthfacility to all clients and stakeholders, to disseminate all patients relatedinformation to patients and relatives on a real-time basis so that they mayaccess the available services fully and without delay, Decreasing the communication gap has created lesser strain in Doctors- patientsrelationship and move towards a better work environment with the systemconstraints and ever-increasing demand resulting in grater rise in patientssatisfaction.
The main activities are as follows;
Easier access to patientsto hospital services and reduced harassment;
Increased patientsatisfaction;
Reduced incidence ofconflicts with patient parties;
Provide accurate information about theservices available in the health facility to all clients and stakeholders;
Disseminate all patient-related information topatients and relatives on a real-time basis so that they may access theavailable services fully and without delay &
Assist the service providers of the health the facility by appropriately guiding the patients/visitors.
